A birthday party, a barbecue, a teambuilding… Everybody takes photos & videos all the time, yet nobody shares them with you. Or if they do, it’s just a few images as 75kb jpegs in Whatsapp. Where are they stored? How do I download them from my phone? I feel your pain… Or worse, a year later you found out someone put an album of your private event on their Facebook!
I wanted to solve this problem. That’s why I built Eventograph.
What is Eventograph?
Eventograph is a free online platform that instantly creates a unique temporary album as soon as you visit Eventogra.ph.
You and your friends or colleagues (everyone with the link) are all in charge: you can all upload, download or even delete photos and videos, always in perfect quality. Even change the title.
Everything works out of the box in your browser. Nobody needs to give e-mail addresses or phone numbers, no accounts, no apps to install… It couldn’t get any easier.
The album is completely private and eventually nothing is stored online, since the album self-destructs after 15 days. The service is hosted in the EU (GDPR). It doesn’t collect or sell personal data or your files; and doesn’t train AI! That is my promise to you. That alone should encourage you to use it!

Sometimes you need more control or storage, or you just want to look more professional. The Eventograph Pro license is just €6.9 per month, (or €69 if you pay yearly = €5.4 per month). It gives you a lot:
- You can manage up to 300 ‘Eventographs’ (albums) in a handy dashboard
- You get 50GB of total storage (spread over your active albums)
- The albums don’t expire
- You are in control. For each Eventograph you can choose whether:
- Visitors are/not allowed to upload files (immediately or at a certain date)
- Visitors are/not allowed to delete files
- They can edit the title…
- Brand your albums
- Add your logo on the introduction & select a color
- Add a custom introduction (to welcome guests or give instructions, e.g. ‘we need a photo at this angle and that part of a machine…’)
- And it’s perfectly fine to share the account with family members or colleagues.
Tip: As long as you are signed in, you can always upload or delete files or change title… Even if you disabled it… You are always in control.
